Individual

One-on-one sessions with licensed mental health clinicians, conducted in the privacy of the resident's room.

Individual counseling is the foundation of how we serve residents. Each session is built around the resident โ€” their history, their goals, their pace โ€” and takes place in the comfort of the space they call home. There's no transportation, no waiting room, no clinical setting that feels foreign or intimidating.

Our clinicians use evidence-based, clinically validated approaches โ€” including techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral methods โ€” tailored thoughtfully to the needs of older adults. The goal is consistent, meaningful progress โ€” not pushing residents through a one-size-fits-all program.

i. Service One

Counseling.

Private & convenient. Sessions take place in the resident's own room, with no disruption to the day.

Licensed clinicians. Every session is conducted by an LCSW, LPC, or equivalent credentialed professional.

Evidence-based methods. Including CBT and other approaches adapted for senior care.

Consistent presence. Residents see the same clinician over time, building real clinical trust.

Flexible scheduling. Sessions fit naturally into the resident's daily rhythm.

Family

Loved ones included in the care journey kept informed about progress as treatment moves forward.

When a parent or grandparent enters long-term care, families often feel disconnected from the day-to-day of how their loved one is doing emotionally. Family counseling helps close that gap.

We include loved ones in the care journey by communicating progress regularly โ€” what's improving, what's challenging, what to expect. Families gain real visibility into their resident's emotional wellbeing, while the resident benefits from a circle of support that's actively engaged.

ii. Service Two

Counseling.

Progress communication. Families stay informed about how their loved one is doing emotionally and behaviorally.

Coordinated care. Clinical insight shared with the people who matter most to the resident.

Reduced family stress. Knowing your loved one is supported brings peace of mind.

Resident-centered. Always with the resident's consent and clinical needs at the center.

Group

Group counseling sessions that build connection, reduce isolation, and support residents through shared experiences.

Loneliness and isolation are some of the most common concerns we address in long-term care โ€” and group counseling is one of the most powerful tools to reduce both. In a group setting, residents discover that their feelings aren't unique, that others understand, and that meaningful connection is still possible.

Sessions are led by licensed clinicians and structured around themes that resonate with senior living residents โ€” adjustment, grief, finding purpose, navigating change. The format encourages conversation, not lecture.

iii. Service Three

Counseling.

Reduces isolation. Residents form real connections through shared experience.

Clinically led. Always facilitated by a licensed mental health clinician.

Themed sessions. Focused on topics relevant to senior living life.

Community building. Strengthens the social fabric of the entire community.

Telehealth

Secure virtual counseling sessions delivered by licensed clinicians extending compassionate care through video visits where appropriate.

Telehealth counseling makes it possible for residents and families to connect with our clinicians from anywhere โ€” whether they prefer the comfort of their own space, are temporarily away from their community, or are family members coordinating from a distance.

Every telehealth visit is conducted on a HIPAA-compliant platform with the same clinical rigor as our in-person sessions. We work with each resident and care team to determine when telehealth is the right fit, and when in-person counseling better serves the resident's needs.

iv. Service Four

Counseling

Secure & HIPAA-compliant. Every visit meets full healthcare privacy standards.

Same licensed clinicians. The same compassionate care, in a different format.

Family-friendly. Loved ones can join sessions from anywhere, when clinically appropriate.

Flexible scheduling. Easier to fit into busy days or accommodate residents away from the community.
